About 4 – 6 weeks after you order and upload your photos however this can depend on my workload and size of piece. Please keep this in mind if you need your portrait by a certain date.
I can prioritize your piece, but rush charge will apply if you require work to be shipped or delivered in less than 4 weeks. I can definitely put multiple pets and human subjects in the portrait! If you can find a photo with all the pets together to use as a primary reference, there is no extra charge. But if they’re all in different photos and need to be arranged into one piece then I charge a composition fee. Adjusting the lighting to make different photos look natural together can be a real challenge, so one photo is better if possible.
I create my pet portraits on mixed media paper using mainly color pencil. However I love experimenting with different mediums so I often use watercolor, pastels and gauche along with the color pencils. If you wish for a oil painted portrait please request a quote.
I do! Photographs are free of charge but if travel is required there will be a charge based on mileage.
Yes all of my portraits are photographed and emailed to my clients for final approval. I also additionally email the stages of the portrait development so you can be a part of the process as well.

Although you have purchased the painting and it is from your photograph, the pet portrait has been created by myself and I am able to use it as I see fit (examples on my website, prints of originals, using as an example of work) but I will respect anyone’s wishes if they do not wish their pet portrait to be shown online.
